How to Install Aircrack-ng in windows 8 64bit or 32bit

Hello Friends now I will show you how to install aircrack-ng in windows 8

# step 1 you must download aircrack-ng for windows. you can download it in : http://adf.ly/Pj5hD
# step 2 you must download this peek folder and you can download in : HERE
# step 3 extract aircrack-ng in c:\



and extract peek folder and move : MSVCR70.DLL,PEEK.DLL,PEEK5.SYS in c:\aircrack-ng-1.2-beta1-win\bin
# step 4 run airodump-ng.exe or aircrack-ng gui.exe
if your windows need download net framework you must download it


wait untill finish...


and now you can run airodump-ng.exe or aircrack-ng gui.exe :

    peek.zip given at step 2 is outdated. It's unable to link the aircrack-ng to the network card.

      By the way, did your aircrack on Windows ever works? Did you ever try it before on Windows 7/Windows 8?

      I usually use aircrack on backbox linux and I managed to WPA2 cracking pass to the concept of information gathering and add the information to wordlist.
      In windows 8 I just tried to install it and I'll try cracking WPA2 it later, hopefully success and I will write on the web.

      How to cracking password WPA2 with aircrack in windows 8.

      ops...now i did it...and another problem facing here...No adapters have been detected - make sure that peek5.sys is present and...blah blah blah when open the airodump...so what should i do?

      aircrack-ng.exe and aircrack-ng gui.exe located in the folder c:\aircrack-ng-1.2-beta1-win\bin\ and try with run as administrator

      if it does not fit peek5.sys try downloading in http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?

      then extract peek folder and move files: MSVCR70.DLL, PEEK.DLL, PEEK5.SYS in c:\aircrack-ng-1.2-beta1-win\bin

      if still having a problem you can take a screenshot and send it on contact us

    Hey and thanks for everyting! I have a uestion if i might. When i lauch Aircrack-ng GUI, i go to airodumb and i click launch but nothing happen (except a console window appear and disappear insrantly). Could you help me please?

      Sorry I rarely online, since many activities in the real world, whether net Framwork is installed correctly and the installation steps are in accordance with the tutorial, if it happens like that, try going to "http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex /dll-files.shtml?peek" to download the latest peek.dll and try again.

    I realized I skipped step#2 and tried to run aircrack without the peek file. I am new to this and I appreciate your patients and guidance. my question is, on the site your directing us to go for the dll files, do I search the file MSVCR70.DLL,PEEK.DLL,PEEK.SYS or is it another file I need. if so, could you be specific? again I am new to this and I appreciate you helping me learn my friend!

    Hi! Thanks for you help, but I cannot make it to work...
    First, I don't know much about Windows (I'm under v8.1) so please be patient with me.
    I downloaded Aircrack-ng 1.2 RC 4 and put the unzipped folder in C:
    Then I'm not sure were to put the files in peek folder. They can be in bin/ or bin/32bit or bin/64bit . I tried in all of them.
    But when clicking on airodump or aircrack a black window with white letters opens up for less than a second and nothing happens.
    What am I doing wrong? What can I do to make it work?

      sorry I just reply to your message , try to do , right click on aircrack - ng.exe and select run as administrators . in GUI mode . or download the latest .dll files . Good luck :)

    Greetings, I have a problem, after I run airodump-ng.exe (aircrack-ng gui.exe is not in the bin folder), which is in aircrack-ng/bin/64bit, a screen quickly appears and disappears, I did try and run it in the command prompt and it seems to have worked, but no interface appears, would the program still work even if it doesn't have an interface?

    after downloading the aircrack from the link above, i found out it doesn't have bin folder and its not even beta version
